Terms of Service

The Service is available at tournanaut.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Authentication is provided via Auth0 and may include Google login.

We are not responsible for:

• Security breaches caused by weak passwords
• Failures of third-party authentication providers

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities
• Upload data without proper legal basis
• Upload sensitive personal data
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass or abuse other users
• Scrape or extract data
• Circumvent security measures

If you create or manage tournaments:

• You are solely responsible for tournament rules and outcomes
• You must obtain all necessary participant consents
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws

Paid (“Pro”) subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Creem, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain Pro access until the end of the billing period already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact hello@tournanaut.com. Note that starting to use Pro features before the withdrawal period ends may affect eligibility for a full refund, as permitted by applicable law.

Prices are shown in USD and may change; changes apply from your next renewal, with prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLSoftware OÜ from any claims, fines, damages, or losses arising from:

• Tournament organisation
• Participant disputes
• Uploaded personal data
• Regulatory actions related to your tournament

This obligation survives termination.

We may remove or suspend content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for operating the Service.

We do not:

• Verify participant identity
• Guarantee fairness or accuracy
• Resolve disputes between participants

The Service is a technical platform only.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Uptime
• Accuracy
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Error-free operation

Use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• Our total aggregate liability is capped at €100

Nothing limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

You acknowledge that:

• No system is completely secure
• Internet transmission carries inherent risk
• We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security

We are not liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including technical outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or natural disasters.

We may transfer or assign the Service to another legal entity (for example, if the Service is sold or restructured). Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new provider.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
